Corporate Sales Manager


1.KEY TASKS:
➢Manage Sector under Corporate department:
•Private Sector: Manage team to promote partnership such maintain existing partners, hunting new potential partners including marketing strategy to push more transaction to hit the financial year targets.
•Payroll Sector: Manage payroll team to provide the best payroll service and Disbursement service, especially strongly building relationship with internal department.
•Merchant Sector: Manage team to maintain and promote existing partner to increase transaction and recruit new potential merchant client such as Merchant KHQR, Merchant Alipay, Merchant WeChatPay, Merchant Union Pay and including Marketing strategy to advertising branding of Ly Hour Pay Pro Plc
2.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
➢Prepare Working Plan with targets and sale strategies for Corporate Sale team
➢Commit achievement target with sales target planning
➢Implement the sale strategies to develop the sale growth and target achievement.
➢Mange and lead a sale force, provide guidelines and problem solving to ensure the sale team are fully motivated and achieve the expected performance.
➢Comply policy and achieve the sale performance.
➢Understanding about Quality supporting documentation of business requirement (company checklist)
➢Strongly commitment to do deadline with what is the priority task and Initiatives
➢Valuation to business partnership
➢Understanding about the full process flow of project to onboard.
➢Service client and promoting well
➢Good solution to solving compliance from customer or business partnership
➢Good collaboration with team and related department.
➢Conduct on the job and off the job training to sale team with the effectiveness.
➢Collect the market situation report and pricing with timely and accurately submission.
➢Be able to communicate and coordinate between sale departments.
➢Promote of corporation image or brand name of company’s services
➢Monitor corporate sale performance and find out new initiative to improve transactions
➢Maintain existing and hunting new business partners with Partners.
➢Working closely to other department such Marketing, treasury and IT to understand working process
➢Monitor team, catch up and coach team to provide standard service to corporate satisfaction.
➢Tracking the daily, weekly, and monthly report.
➢Flexible and dynamic decision maker
3.SPECIFICATION:
➢At least Bachelor Degree in the field of marketing or related field
➢At least 5 years of working experiences
➢Excellent presentation, negotiation and demonstration skills
➢Result driven with constant desire to earn high income
➢Able to communicate technical issues and effective presentation skills.
